Starting Pay At Starbucks Inside a Target?

I've been working sales floor at my Target for the last 3 or so months and now I'm transferring over to Starbucks. The pay scale paper says that sales floor is a 3(I make $8/hr. now) and Starbucks is 7, but I don't understand what that means lol. I was just wanting to know how much starting pay is because I didn't get the chance to talk to my Team Lead before the end of the nite lol. PS I live in Colorado if that makes any difference

I live in colorado too and work at starbucks. However, I work at a safeway starbucks and starting pay is $8.09/hr.. I don't know about target though. Sorry but hope it kinda helped

Depending on the area of the country that you live the wage scale is different. Some Target stores start at just above minimum wage for general labor. Specialized areas and low level management make more. Good luck in your decision.
