What are some Mailing Coupon Companies that send lot coupons in envelope through the mail that i can sign up 4?

Is this a scam? Are we being scammed? letter in the mail....?

  • My Uncle lives with us and we received a phone call from a machine saying we could make a lot of money call now for a info letter. my uncle called all on his own and showed us the letter. it was from a companty where they pay people to stuff pre-paid and pre-addressed envelopes at home on their own with about 20 little papers in it, close it, and mail it off. (the kind of enveloped you get with a bunch of coupons) They pay 5-10 dollars per envelope, depending on how many papers/coupons are in. You could make 4000 dollars a week doing this (16000 a month!) we reread the letter over and over again and it doesnt seem like a scam. the thing that worries me is that is asks for 45.00 for supplies to make sure its not for people who are just curious so that they know you seriously are going to work with them. once you send in your address/phone#/etc. they send you a box every week with a certain amount of envelopes and a certain amount of the coupons/papers. all you have to do is fill the envelope with one of every coupon, seal it, and mail it. my parents explained to me they dont have a office for workers to do this so they mail it out and provide people with work-at-home careers. the letter said its not a get rich scheme either. i really hope its not a scam...is it? thanks for reading!

Hello there, That may well be a scam. Take a look at this web site regarding such fraudulent deals and show it to your uncle so that he does not lose his money. There is a discussion from the Postal Inspectors about this scam. http://www.fraudguides.com/home-business-envelope-stuffing-scam.asp Later,

This is a well known scam. They make it very convincing, don't they? The way it works is that you pay your money, get your material, and you dutifully fill the envelopes and send them off, expecting them to pay you. they will not respond, and you will be calling them again & again. finally they will respond and tell you that your work was rejected by the customer, so you will not be paid. but not to worry, they will send you another box for another $45, and IF you do this one properly, you'll be paid. Can you see the scam? As long as you send in money, you'll get material. But you'll never be paid for your work, because it will always be rejected for one reason or another.

Anybody who wants you to pay upfront without indicating what type of entity they represent who is the owner and how he/she can be contacted etc. is scamster generally.

If you have to send them money its probably a scam. Dont send them any money or any of your personal information. you shouldnt have to sepnd money to make money

it's a scam. they want your money. it's just like that big scam right now about posting links on google. as long as you pay for the kit you can make thousands at home for a few minutes worth of work. if it were that easy to make money nobody would be in economy trouble right now.
