  I don't know about Old Navy, but I do know about Hollister. You have to be 17 or the application won't even go through. As for looks, there is a look policy once you start working there. But the most important is impressing the manager who does your group interview. So you'll just wear just like a button down shirt from hollister, dark washed jeans and converse/vans. Don't wear head to toe hollister, or you look desperate. Also natural looking hair, so don't dye it and not too much product, look like you just walked out of the ocean. No visible piercings or tattoos. Id? Well you'll need your SSN when you apply and make sure you know it. There are two positions, model and impact. model is out on the floor, greetings customers, working the cash registers and that stuff. impact is the one who does stock and so forth. If you really need this job, i would just put down which ever one you want but when you go in for your group interview tell the manager doing the interview you're open to both. good luck :]
