What is the return policy on eBay?

Does the days it takes to ship an item included on the return policy on Ebay?

• Say for example, you bought an item on Ebay. And it says "the buyer has 7 days to return the item (the buyer pays shipping fees). The item will be refunded." Does the amount of days it takes to ship include amount of days before it can be returned. For example, the item takes 4 days to ship, then does that mean I only have 3 days to return the item? Because how can I see whether I like the item or not or whether or not it's working if the days that it took to ship are included? Your answers are very much appreciated! :)

  No, its 7 days once you receive it, and email them that day that something is wrong with the item. Many use delivery conformation even if they dont provide you the tracking number thing, and then they know it was delieverd and on what day. Hope that helps. Read the terms on why your allowed to return. Simply saying, I dont like the color of the shirt, usually will not get you a refund. Sellers pay for each ad they put up, and they would lose money if they let people return stuff for any reason at all. Things must usually be defective etc, but you can, before you bid, ask the seller in an email thier specific terms.
