What would a store with a pharmacy do with its medicine if the store went out of business?
-
where would the medicine go to the company who makes the medicine or to another store I very highly doubt they would try to sell immediately and I'm not talking about just the ones in the aisles I'm talking more about perceptions

Answer:
their wholesaler would be able to take much of it back even if at a discounted rate. most pharmacies have this type of arrangement with their wholesaler. most pharmacies don't have purchasing deals directly with the drug makers rather with a wholesaler. If they have other stores in their chain, those stores would take their inventory.
