How old do you have to be to work at kmart in australia and do you need any work experience?

Apply online or get an application form from the store and return it to the service desk with a copy of your resume. While you may not have any experience yet working, you still need a resume, you can write on it achievements from school, awards received etc, get a teacher to be a referee for you (say you are a good student and would be a good worker) and write their details down on your resume.
