Help With Ebay Problem?

Can someone help me wit Ebay problem?

They wont let me list because it says Im unverified. But I spent an hour on the phone with paypal and took every step in making sure I was verified. And my acount is linked. Im allowed to buy and not sell?? Ebays live help doesnt evn work? And than ebay doesnt have a phone number and wont talk to you about " paypal problems" as they are telling me its a problem with paypal. And Paypal wont talk to me about ebay problems because they are saying that its a problem with ebay. So i write emails to ebay and it takes like 2 or 3 days to get a response. Help I really want to sell my listings.

it is an ebay problem cus u r just try to sell ur items. keep writing to them until u get help. the problem with ebay costomer service dept. is that most of their agent know little or nothing about their duty.
