Is there anything that would prevent me from entering international water territories on a kayak?

What would wal*mart do?

• well, i was at walmart yesterday with my girlfriend that recently gave birth to my daughter and has stitches in side some places im sure u know of.. and she had to go to the restroom and upon entering the restroom, couple employees just got done goin to the restroom.. they walked out and as she walked over to the stall she had slipped and fell on her back sustaining bruised back, muscle spasms, and triggered her cronic back pain from when she was in high school and got dropped and fractured a few bones near her spine.. and now shes in enough pain to where they wanna give her a lot of narcotics but seeing how shes breast feeding our new born she dont want anything bad maybe for the baby goin into her system and the fact that she said she dont wanna be drugged out of it while shes holding our daughter.. so back to the fall, she fell and said she tried grabbing the stall to help prevent the fall, so after losing her breathe and laying in a little puddle of water for like 5-10 minutes.. she slowly got up while still in agony pain.. she walked out of the restroom and sat next to me on the chairs next to the computers to sign up to be an employee for walmart.. we sat there for a good 15-30 minutes so she could stop shaking from bein in pain.. so she asked me what she should do, i told her to tell a manager and let him know that there is water on the ladys restroom floor and someone should either close that restroom off or put up a wet floor sign.. oh, and the floor had a puddle of water due to one of the sinks pipes had a leak.. and the manager she imformed told her to fill out a accident form amediately.. and after saying that he also said they actually had another fall or two that same day with the same restroom over the same reason...so we walked out side to the car (very slowly) cuz she was still in might as well say shock of falling so fast..we went home so she could lay down, but as we tried walkin up our stairs, she had some pinch in her back and her leg just about gave out and almost fell back down the stairs.... so i brought her to the hospital and when we got there, she couldnt get out cuz she didnt want to risk being paralyzed or something else that could have happened.. so a rescue was called to get her inside the hospital safe.. they took x-rays and they said everything was fine, but she asked them to check her stitches and they actually either blew it off or forgot to check, but now shes bleeding a little more then usual.. but anyways, they drugged her up with steroids with some inflammatory stuff in it so it wouldnt harm the babys when breast fed.. after being there for 5 hours.. they told her to follow up with her home doctor and get a MRI, so she did and now shes ganna have to go into physical therapy.. so i wanted to know, should i pursue a claim or lawsuit for them knowing the restroom was getting water on the floor that whole day and not takin any actions to make sure people understood water was being leaked by their sink so maybe put down a wet floor sign or maybe even closing the restroom off till it was resolved seeing how they have more restrooms out front of the store.. well, thats about all i have for the story, if u have more questions regarding this post, please feel free to ask, if your one of those idiots (excuse me) just wanting to say shes out for money, then please dont reply, thanks again.. p.s., sorry for the long post
