Can you use a Target gift card to buy other gift cards?

I got a Target gift card for Christmas and want to use it to buy other gift cards at Target, such as ones to restaurants. Can I do this? What restrictions are there for the gift card if any? Thanks!

I hope your not planning to use the target gift card at target.com because the whole online web page is screwed up big time. There is no where on the online order page to put gift card numbers, & when I called them to help me, they tried to take my order over the phone and add the gift card numbers themselves and was unable to do it due to some kink in their computer system. I never had problems with target.com in the past,, they will lose customers because of this.

There are actually sites online where you can buy, sell or swap your gift cards out with other people. The one I've most heard of is plasticjungle - but I know there are many others and I haven't used them myself. Try one of those.
