What is the cheapest method for shipping a domestic item?

I just got this item on ebay and it says its method of shipping is US Postal Service First Class Mail to U.S.

3 to 10 days on average. I usually can expect delivery on the 4 the day where I live.

In my experience it will depend on how far the package is going. but usually you will have it within 10 days. You could check out www.usps.com and put in the zip code of where it is coming from and your zip code, to get an idea.

Wow that depends on so much. Where is it coming from, where is it going to, how much does the package weigh, what day of the week was it mailed. It can vary from 3 days to 10 work days after it is actually in the mail.
