Is this racism/discrimination talk at work?

Do people who work in customer service or just in the "business world" HATE having to talk to others inside it?

  • just was wondering..as have spoken quite often to people who work "professional jobs"..such as law, business,, accounting, etc..and they all talk very similar..and it seems very impersonal and just kind of "nice"..but not really very sincere maybe. and it would drive me nuts having to talk to people like they do all the time. how common this is a feeling by many and why? what are examples of different things they talk like and how differs in britain from USA maybe? as when I talk to them....I just feel very nervous ..lol.. I dont know why..maybe i just feel like at a push of a button i could say or do the wrong thing or vice versa.? or how many feel about this and why? when, how evolved this way? AND IF ARE IN BRITAIN OR USA..PLEASE GIVE ANY EXAMPLES OF "PROFESSIONAL TALK " OR "BUSINESS TALK" THERE? AND WHEN BECAME THIS WAY THERE? any thing appreciated.
