EMS shipping from China.

EMS shipping, China to USA. Theres no update help!!?

  • I ordered something from china and it is being shipped via EMS I have a tracking number and when put it into EMS' website this is the info i get 　 2009-12-10 20:16:00 City of Guangzhou Posting 　 2009-12-10 21:08:00 City of Guangzhou Despatch from Sorting Center 　 2009-12-10 22:02:00 GUANGZHOU Arrival at Sorting Center 　 2009-12-10 23:02:00 GUANGZHOU Handed over to Customs 　 2009-12-11 02:21:00 GUANGZHOU Released from Customs 　 2009-12-11 02:51:00 GUANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center It is now the 15th of december and there is no update, USPS knows of the package its in their system but they said its still sitting in china, WHY??, please help me!

    I have the same tracking information with no update. I ordered from China and got tracking information on Dec. 1st then shipped on Dec. 2nd of this month. Here's what mine says Your item left GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP on December 2, 2009. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. Detailed Results: - Foreign International Dispatch, December 02, 2009, 9:32 pm, GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP - Origin Post is Preparing Shipment - Foreign Acceptance, December 01, 2009, 10:14 am it's been 15 days since China shipped and haven't gotten any package or any update. I'm starting to worry too.

You are not alone. I ordered something from China and it was shipped via EMS as well and I have not had any updates since it's first shipping date. This is what my tracking says... 　 2009-12-12 16:38:00 SHANGHAI Posting 　 2009-12-12 18:15:00 20 Despatch from Sorting Center 　 2009-12-12 22:06:58 SHANGHAI Arrival at Sorting Center 　 2009-12-12 23:18:31 SHANGHAI Despatch from Sorting Center I contacted USPS and they told me to contact the sender and have the sender file a formal inquiry with EMS about the whereabouts of the package.

Im pretty much in the same boat as you, havent seen any movement in 8 days since it was "despatched from the sorting center" Im pretty sure its just cause its xmas time and the ports are prob backed up. I just hope it gets here before xmas
