What is the benefit of ATCA?

Is the ATCA group inc. an actual and legitiment company?

  • A lady by the name of Susan from ATCA group Inc. emailed a job position for a payment processor working from home and said that she got my resume of Yahoo jobs . Is ATCA group an actual legit company?

  • Answer:

I just called the BBB today and they said it is a scam I then turned them in the The Federal Trade Commission also and they said the same thing.... Though when I called the attorney General to turn the info in to them they told me to look it up some more. For me the red flags hit when it had to do with outsourcing and bank accounts.... I plan to contact Western Union and see what they have to say and if ATCA is an actual partner with them.... Honestly, I don't want to trust them and I plan to contact the NY Attorney General and see if they have received any complaints about it, but I am highly suspicious. I was contacted by the same Susan person and I honestly don't like how any of this is looking....

I received the same email through hotjobs at yahoo and it was sent to me at 2:38 in the morning. If everything you guys are saying is true, then there is something definitely strange about the offer. I really need something part- time, but I'm not willing to put myself into situation as sketchy as this. I'm just going to delete and hope something a little bit more authentic presents itself. Good luck, all!

I have received the job offer as well. I do not believe that it is legitimate, I even went to look at it on the BBB website (not there) and I also googled it. In my mind, any established business today would have a website and not just an email address to receive additional information.

I have been e-mailing back and forth with Susan and she has been answering my e-mails. I keep checking into it b/c I don't want to be scammed anymore. These are the websites she has directed me to check out. This one is the description of the job http://www.atca-inc.com/vacancies/payment, This one is the FAQ page http://www.atca-inc.com/vacancies/payment/faq, and this one is about the company http://www.atca-inc.com/about/us. I hope this helps some of you. I haven't signed the contract yet b/c I don't know what to do and if I trust them. I did have to take a test and passed it and now they sent me a contract to sign and they want all my information. If anyone does go ahead with the postion, please let me know.

Same for me...the gmail account made me suspicious. It's strange stuff like this taht made me take my address off my resume. I barely want to have my phone number on there.

It would be interesting to take the the test and deliberately flunk it to see if their online program is set up to still give you a passing grade.
