Can the retail store still sue me?

Can i sue this retail store?

• i was shopping over the weekend with my husband. as i was trying on clothes in the dressing room he banged on the door and told me to get dressed and come out of the dressing room. while i was in there, he noticed the ceiling of this store is covered in mirrors (their trademark apparently) and the mirrors were close enough to the dressing room that people shopping in the store could see me changing. he was so angry that he alerted two managers. one who brushed it off and another who said it has been brought to their attention before. I was pretty embarrassedd about the situation. and it still has me thinking...and i'm still upset over this. Can i sue them for this?

  You probably wouldn't win a suit. As others said, the mirrors were apparent before you entered the dressing room. Even if you did, it would probably cost you more than it's worth to you. However, you can make your opinion known to the retailer. You already spoke to the managers, now put it in writing by visiting their website. Complaints in writing are not only taken more seriously than verbal ones, but they are viewed by people higher up in the organization (the headquarters, rather than that specific location).
