Can anyone help me out with Bank of America's "Online Banking?"?
-
I opened up a checking and savings account today including an online banking account. I went online to check my transaction history for my checking account and it keeps saying "Transaction history for the account is not currently available. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again after 2 business day" Is this normal or should I ask the bank about this?
-
Answer:
Yes, that is completely normal. It will take a couple of days for them to put everything into the system. It can take up to a week, but that's not likely.

You just opened the account, try waiting at least until tomorrow. If you still can't access your accounts then try calling.
