So, Carol did a WONDERFUL job covering the bases of an interview. She included the appropriate questions and all that good jazz. I'm just going to go into depth for you. At HCO they have triple AAA's. Which is the "style" for that season. You get 50% off of triple AAA's and you practically have to buy them if you want to remain working there. Currently flannels are like the holy grail to that company for some reason so all the employees at HCO, AnF, AnF Kids and Gilly Hicks are rocking them. You can if you want to but it might come off as trying to hard. Grey, blue and white are the main colours when they're not wearing triple AAA's. Blue jeans, try to wear some from HCO or AnF but if you don't have any wear some that don't have a label on them. Keep your makeup to the bare minimum. No eyeliner, AT ALL! Foundation is okay, but don't cake it on. Neutral colored eyeshadow, most girls wear a brown color, and barely any mascara. You have to look like you just "came from the beach" and playing in the waves and ****. Who still has a full face of makeup after playing at the beach? NOBODY, that's who. That's what they want you to portray. It's the whole beachy I-look-better-then-you-without-makeup vibe. Leave your hair natural. If it's naturally curly, keep it that way. If it's naturally straight, good. You can straighten your hair but it's preferred for it to be natural. Flip flips or black converses, your choice. Almost everyone I know who works there, guys and girls, wear Rainbow flip flops to work. As long as you're decent looking to pretty and have a good personality you should get hired. They're in desperate need for workers because it's the HOLIDAAAYYYSSS and they're going to be busy from now until mid-January or the end of January. My brother is a manager at AnF and he always tell me how they hire the stupid but extremely good looking people, so as long as you got the looks you should be okay! And from what you're saying I think you got recruited which means a recruiter thinks you have "the look" which is 10X better then applying.
