How can I become a race car driver?

How can i become a peffesional race car driver always wanted to become one?

  There are probably two ways to become a race car car driver 1. Like the first answer said, you would need ALOT of money, and would need to start racing something like go karts at a very young age, but to do that you need allot of money, and need to fina a local track to race at, but doing that will cost 100's of dollars per race so unless you can spend a s*** load of money, you wont be able to do this. But don't worry, there is all ways #2:) 2. This one is harder but involves not as much money. First you need to start racing anything that has an engine, like go karts, but not like every week, you can go to a go kart track that provides cars for you and try to race 2 races every month, and get good at it. After doing this, you need to try and go to some kind of school that helps you with knowing the kind of car you want to race, after completing this, you would need to try to get a job with race teams, or car manufactures and soon after you get the job, If you have skill, the Team/ manufacture will see if they can get you into a car.
