How do you convince your parents to let you get a driving permit?

How to convince my parents to atleast let me get my driving learners permit?

  • alright so im 16 (i turn 17 in may) and i dont even have my freakin learners permit. its because my parents have this thing i have to get all A's and B's on two report cards in a row or they wont let me and i some how always end up getting at least one C so that screws me over every time. I have tried convincing them so many times to let me take drivers ed and get it but nothing works. What could I do or say to convince them? I really want to get it so i can eventually get my license!

    Threaten to jump off a skyscraper. EDIT: A shorter building would do as well :P

well.....payfor it your self.. ?s above dose not work if there is no skyscrapers around u ;) tell them that u really need it... and that ur gona get a job and pay them back for the classes.
