Organizing a Nation wide tour. Need driver for tour bus/Motor Home. how to pay them? Where to find them?

I am organizing a tour around the continental US. We will have 2 tour buses and i am i need of drivers. googleing: "tour driver wanted" doesn't work, i need to know what the normal accommodation for a driver would be. this is going ot be a 24/7 job,so how do you go able calculating hours? i need all information about hiring and requirements that are normal in this situation. also where to find people that have mechanical backrounds who do this kind of work. thank so much.
