Why is the SAE HP for my snowmobile less than the bhp shown in reviews for the sled?

A certificate of origin came with my Artic Cat Sled, it shows the SAE hp as less than the brake horsepower shown in reviews? As far as I know, it's the exact same sled, displacement, bore, stroke, and other things that affect performance on this stock sled.

Answer:
ALL ENGINES (cars, trains, everything) lose power over time. Bearings wear, carbon builds up, things start to rust a bit, things loosen, belts stretch, bolts wear, cams round, etc. etc. So many little things add up to just general wear of an engine. in reviews, engines are tested BRAND NEW from the factory, but as time goes by and wear happens, the engine wears down a bit and loses that power. Nothing to worry about.
