Are car websites allowed to delete your honest review about their service?

  • I am currently getting my car repaired at a local Honda dealership and they are taking an eternity to fix my car and they are really unprofessional. They continuously put off the date that they said my car would be finished on.Their service is terrible and I decided to go to their website to express my feelings towards them. It was a detailed legitimate review of my opinion. I did not use profanity in any way, call the business hurtful names, or anything like that. I was simply stating my experience and complaints. After writing the review, I checked the website again and it turns that they deleted my review! Is this even allowed? I was just warning future customers

    Is not ethical but it is there website and they can do what they want with it. Report them to the BBB if nothing else.

dont you have any consumer complaint places in your town/how about calling the honda hotline customer service and ask to have zone rep meet you at the dealer/i would have the service manager running for cover at the write up desk in the 8 am hour/simply isnt in my book/get your game face on/by the way its their website
