How to wire neons to plug?

How do I wire 2 former in car neons to an external power source that is not a car?

• So I formerly had some Neons in an older car of mine that is no longer with us, BUT I do not want to put my former Neons in my current vehicle either. What I'm wondering is if there would be a way to hook them up to an external battery or stereo source that would power them in a similar fashion as my car did... Originally when I purchased them they were the plug-in cigarette kind, but luckily I had a friend help wire them to being just a part of my car that worked when turning a switch... But like I said, I don't want them in my car, I'd rather have them around my house unmounted so I can move them if necessary... Any ideas as to how I could do this? What would be really great is if they could be set up to a regular power port, or even spliced so they could be USB connected. That being said, any advice on how to do this would be awesome...

  you may not have enough power with usb,all i can suggest is a 12 volt battery,attach crocodile clips on cables
