How do you go about getting hardship license?

• Okay so next year i'll be 15 and I wanted to get my permit. I heard you can get a hardship license when your 15 so here the deal, im not just some crazed teen who is eager to drive & stuff but Both my parents work, My dad usualy works till like 9 at night & My mom until like 6. My mom always has her own meeting & doctors appointments going on so she doesnt have time to go driving me around. Plus I was hoping to get a job because i'm in serious need of cash. I'm in band & from August-December we have band practice in the middle of the day in August all summer, plus Mondays & for me Wednesdays After school starts I get out at 3 & usualy my sister picks me up, whos a junior, but shes graduating next year & moving out Soo, yeah in October when I turn 15, If i dont get my license early, i'm stuck. Plus, if I do get a job, shes not gonna have time to drive me to & from it, shes quitting band so shes not gonna be able to take me, & Shes getting a job too, plus, she has a social life & I hate asking people for things So is there any requirments or anything....?   i do not think you can, but a 14 year old is able to drive farming equipment without lisence.
