What should I cook for me bf's Swiss family?

Towing company bent my bfs suburban mirror while trying to tow?

  • ok, a towing company called JOEYS TOWING RECOVERY came an hour ago to tow my bfs car. we had no idea the car would be towed. in our apartment complex they are required to notify us 72hrs ahead of time so we can perpare. when i noticed it was my my bfs car being towed i ran outside and asked what the issue was. they told me my bf had expired tags (which he does) and the car does not operate and notified us they would come at 1pm. im aware it is private property. when i told the men to put the vehicle down because my bf was not here to sign off on the papers they refused and told me go speak with my landlord so i did. i told her my bfs dad was coming for the car before 1pm and the towing company is ahead of schedule plus my bf works construction. she agreed to let his father take the car and said it was ok for the tow company to put it down. when i went back outside they had already lifted his suburban in the air causing his upper back door to hit the parking fencing at the top. i yelled and told both men to put the car down. once again they refused and pulled the car out more causing his driver mirror to hit the metal pole and it bent backwards. i became furious and the man outside the truck said it did not matter what condition they placed the car in it is non operatable so it doesnt make a difference. i ran back to get the landlord and just when we were walking outside, they immediately sped off.! because my bfs car has a lift on it, when they tried to get the last couple inches of the car out, they made his passenger front hit the right pole. my landlord told me there is nothing she can do now since they have sped off but told me to call the company and make a complaint. i called and a rude woman started arguing with me saying the car was not mine and since my bf was not there that they can do what they wish with the car. i told her my landlord gave consent to have the car placed back down but the towing people refused. i would like to know my bfs rights and actions in which he can take. we live in glendale arizona.

we told you two days ago to move the suburban that it was going to get towed you did not listen because none of the answers were what you wanted to hear apparently. It would have been far cheaper to have the car towed two days ago and in storage instead of standing on your soap box hollering about 72 hours notice yap yap yap there are companies who could care less what you want to do. Next time move the truck ahead of time several people on this forum suggested you move the vehicle two days ago why do you not listen?
