ATV Kawaski Brute Force 750 2007 with 1,500 km?
-
I have a problem - when starting my ATV in weather below freezing or in 20 C in dry climate (both areas) I have to give full choke for at least 5 minutes. If I try to slide choke lever over slightly, the ATV will quit. The only way to keep it going is to use the accelerator and then I am unable to engage the gears without a large clonk noise. Eventually, after pushing the accelerator in and out, the ATV will idle and then I am able to drive. If I increase the idle with idle adjuster just slightly, I am unable to engage gear without grinding noise......But, engaging gears, still gives a very slight clonk noise. I have taken the ATV to 2 qualified repair people and they say this is normal. Can anyone help me.
