Can a 90cc engine with a recoil start be converted to a electric push start?

feel free to answer anyone of these questions or all if you prefer. 1.a website link would be greatly appreciated if it is possible. 2.is there anyway i can make a 12 volt generator out of a small electric motor? 3.is it possible to calculate how fast im going by how manny volts of electricity im producing with a electric generator that's connected to the side of my wheel? 4.is it possible to make a home made transistor? and again feel free to answer anyone of these questions. thanks, jon

yes you need to make a geered wheel to mount into or replace the recoil mechanism and mount a small engine starter if you can weld and fabricate it is quite simple
