What are the best gloves to use to put on truck tire chains?

I am a truck driver and will be doing a lot of winter driving soon. I am looking for a good work glove to put on tire chains with. I have tried almost anything out there, and other than having to switch out my gloves every 15 minutes when they get wet, I am at a loss as to what to do. Any suggestions?

look for rubberized work gloves. I think they have like a rubber type coating to make them waterproof. I wish I could point you in the right direction but I can't......... sorry Perhaps inquire of an electrician, like a lineman
