According to several websites, Error 20 means: "Focus Error Cause(s): The CD player cannot focus on the disc or there is an internal focus problem." In best case, this means that your CD player lens needs to be cleaned, and you can do that with a CD lens cleaner that can be bought at most places that sells CDs. If that doesn't work, then it would probably be cheaper to get a new CD player for your car than to get the old one fixed.
