Why don't people keep keys handy to scrape up all SUV's and hummers they walk past?

I caught someone sratching my SUV they would be in a world of hurt.

I don't have an SUV and never will unless something changes in my life where I need one, but you're an idiot. You have the same logic as the morons in California that set hummers on fire in the name of the environment! They created more pollution in one fire than all those hummers would have in their entire existence. If you don't want/need an SUV, don't buy one, but don't try to justify vandalism with your cause.

Because it's somebody else's property, that's why. I don't care if you have jealousy issues or whatever reason I'm sure you've been able to rationalize, but if you have a beef with someone, be man enough to tell them to their face, don't be a coward and damage their personal property behind their backs. You'd probably scream like a stuck pig if somebody damaged your hybrid or stole your beloved Birkenstocks.

Because keying a vehicle is prohibited by the law.

Wow another tree hugging PRIUS driver ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Well they have a brain and know that if they get caught scratching a 60,000.00 truck that the owner is going to put a severe beating to you. I drive a full size SUV, and I know I would hit your little car with my gas guzzling Excursion -

I wouldn't. The drivers have it bad enough already with the small packages and all that.
