What is the most famous spot in Palermo?

(PICS) I got a ticket for parking in a handicap parking spot....but there is one problem?

  • This past December I went to Walmart one evening. I parked next to a spot that was clearly handicap marked with the pole signs and the blue wheelchair painted on the ground. My spot had a blue like on the left and a yellow line on the right. The spot in front of me was a marked handicap spot. There was a pole in front of my car with the handicap sign facing the car in front. There was no sign facing me and no wheelchair sign painted on the ground in my spot. All the other handicap spots had painted signs. Everyone I spoke to that night said that it was definitley a regular parking spot. What do you think is this a regular parking spot or not?     I can't see anything on that page, but I believe you as described. You need to fight the ticket.

No picture comes up. But no problem. It's the police, rather the judge (if it goes that far) who needs to see the picture. Make sure you have a duplicate of the picture and leave it home in case the police will want to keep it. And if they won't tear-up the ticket and give you A SIGNED NOTE that says they blew it!, then take them to small claims court AND SUE THEM!! Get yourself a lawyer. You can pay him only if you win (get that in writing.) Don't give him too much out of the $5000 that you'll get for Emotional Distress.
