Best time to take behind the wheel driving test in Long Beach, CA?

  • I am going to take my driving test at long beach, CA dmv, i was wondering whats the best time where theres no rush hour, and the roads are chill to take the test, Im just wondering. Thanks . Oh and what happends if you fail 3 times, exactly . Do i have to take drivers ed and training again ? Or can i use my old ones or it has to be new ? haha k thanks .

    Between 9:30 to 10:00am.. If you fail the driving test three times, that voids the application, and you have to start all over. You would have to fill out the application again, pay the money over again, and take the written test over again. http://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/home/dmv.htm
