Built trailer concession stand need title?

I have built a trailer concession stand. Trailer and stand made by hand. It does not have a title or registration how can I get one or what do I need to do to get a title for it and registered in the state of MI...I heard you have to get it weighed but where I am lost and I want to get into business so any help would be great.

1. Call the department of motor vehicles first. 2. Then call the health department so that you can make sure that you have what is required by your state. 3. Then call your insurance company and look into getting some very high insurance coverage for your protection.

Contact your Department of Motor vehicles. A home built trailer can be registered a titled. Different states have different hoops to jump through. I've built and titled several in Louisiana and it wasn't a big deal.

Are you sure you have to register a trailer in MI? I thought it was only for a certain lenght trailer.
