  1. Being drunk, being tired, being distracted by a cellphone or other passengers, bad weather conditions 2. Basically because drunk drivers are mainly college students and teenagers, and the most common way a young person can die is in a car accident, so the driving dept assumes, young drivers are always at fault, stupid I know, I'm 20, never gotton a ticket, I don't drink because alcohol makes me nauseous, and my dad won't put my car under my name because children under 25 are considered high risk so insurance is higher 3. I'm not exactly sure, but here's some common sense ones....don't drink behind the wheel, don't text behind the wheel, anticipate that everyone else on the road will do something stupid, always use your turn signal 4. Same as usual, drunk driving, not paying attention, driving late at night, high traffic 6. A shared left turn is when the arrow in the left turn lane is pointing both to the left and another one is pointing straight....so a car can either go straight or turn left. Use it the same you would any other lane, signal if you turn left, if you go straight, don't signal at all
