What are some colleges/universities in France that are in English?

Why does Aus use the same stop signs as USA? Why do they have 8 sides, & why does France have them in english?

My guess is so that they are globally recognised easily.

I thought that was the UNIVERSAL stop sign. That way people from other Countries KNOW it is a stop sign. No matter what language they speak they would look at it and say oh that is a stop sign, even if they can't read it.
