Can my car pass safety with HID lights and no daytime lights in Canada?
-
I have a Sunfire GT with HID lights installed and no daytime running lights. I live in Canada. Will my car pass safety without the daytime lights?
-
Answer:
If the car originaly came with DRL's, NO ! HOWEVER; the odds of a safety meachanic checking this is remote; you might just get away with it. My mechanic WILL NOT miss it, nor will any of his fellow mechanics at my local dealership. They will fail a car without DRLs.
