How To Download Free Car Manual?

Is there a way to buy or download my used car's owner's manual?

  • I recently bought a used 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier. But unlike my previous cars, this didn't come with an owner's manual to explain the car and it's functions. Not sure if the previous owner (there was only one owner) lost it or forgot to give it when he sold his car to the dealership we got it from. Anyway. The car runs great, but there are several buttons (where the labels have worn off) that I've tried pushing, and nothing happens. And with this being my new car, I really want to take the time to get to know it and understand it's functions in case of an emergency. In my previous cars, the owner's manual was always a hard-cover that had an index for the car. Is there any way to download a manual or even buy it somewhere? Or would the dealership I bought it from have an 'extra' one? Thank you!
