Don't bother, they don't work on average speed systems. Just stay at the speed limit. If you want speed, get some track time.

Buy a tom tom with speed camera locations on, too many cameras are using cables or time over distance detection that a speed camera detector won't pick up. The gps system has a list of all fixed and most mobile camera locations so will let you know before you get there, plus you'll have a decent sat nav system

Go to Car Toys, they have a lot of good named brands that work really well. Unfortunately to get the best out of what you buy and to know it works, it will cost some serious $$$. The one that your thinking of usually costs $800 and up.
