Clifford alarm HELP!!?

Problems with my cars Clifford or imobiliser please help?

• I have a Renault Clio and my battery seems to be drained all the time it is a new battery in it also when we charge the battery it runs I then turn the car off and 5 minutes later I try the car again turn off the imobiliser and the Clifford turn the key and car tries but fails I don't know what's wrong sonetimes it starts and other times it doesn't mostly not I have had a New imobiliser in my new keying yet does not turn car on I have the lights on and headlights come on but the car won't start so not sure if it's the car the alarm or the imobiliser I don't even want the imobiliser either one of them to be honest if I could get rid of one I would to save the hassle when getting in the car I have the 4 button Clifford fob but I don't know how to find out the alarm type I have and I can't afford to call out Clifford Plz help thanks

  Car alarms and immobilizer systems will STOP the starter from turning if they are activated. If the starter is cranking the engine but the engine does not start, the problem is not the alarm or immobilizer. Since you do not want the immobilizer system, you should have it removed by one of your local car alarm shops and have the starter wires soldered back together like it was from the factory. This will eliminate the possibility of the immobilizer being the problem. If the Clifford alarm is using a starter disable relay, make sure it is removed as well and starter wires are back to factory specs. You can still used the Clifford system to lock and unlock your doors, and as an alarm system, but with the starter disable removed you will eliminate any possible starting problems caused by the alarm or immobilizer. If you still have the problem after removing the immobilizer and clifford starter disable relay, then the problem lies with the vehicle and will need to be checked by a qualified service tech.
