Radial tires.....driver side front to rear...rear to front.....same on the other side

Check your tires for a tread pattern, If it has one that has to face a certain direction then just rotate front to back. Be warned that some radials will separate if you change the direction of travel

Leave those tires on the truck and drive on..it will rotate on its own...

look in the owner's (operators) manual and it should have the proper tyre rotation diagram in it otherwise take it to a tyre place and get them to do it or tell you how to do it and remember what they say this is all the info i can give you with the info you have given me hope this helps dude
