How much would it cost to paint my car?

I just bought a 2000 Ford Mustang and the color of the car is BRIGHT red. I want to paint the car black and pink. About how much would it cost to paint the whole car? I live in North Carolina if that helps. I also have a question as to what is the best head unit to get? I want a touch screen one and I also want to get some subs and amp. How much would tint cost and what is the legal limit here or what is the best to get. Remember I live in North Carolina. What are the best head lights to get? I want something bright. Maybe kinda like the Halo rings. How do I change the gauge lights to pink? I basicly want everything in and on my car pink. :-) I have so many questions about what to do to my new car. I'm a total car geek but I haven't worked on Mustangs and don't know much about them. I just want the best. Any information will help me please.
