Could anyone tell me what COLD GREASE is?

Can anyone tell me where the grease fittings are on a 2002 Chevy Malibu?

    there are absolutely no grease fittings on your car. Unless something has been replaced (tie rod, ball joint). The squeak has got to be something wlse or you have a failing part. They call these cars lifetime lube. But I think they should have rethought this idea. Almost all new cars and even some new trucks are coming out of the factory without fittings to grease.

There aren't any grease fittings on this car. But, they do make a needle that fits of the end of your grease gun. Stick the needle on the gun, then stick the needle in the rubber boot of the part you want to grease and then start pumping grease into it. This is the only way to lube these parts unless you purchase after-market parts, and replace the factory parts. After-market parts usually come with grease fittings.

It problaly does not have grease fittings. The way to locate the one that is squeeking though is one at a time cut a slit in the rubber boot and get the straw on a can of penetrating oil and stick it in and give it a squirt. CAUTION when you remove the straw it will spit at you a little so put on saftey glasses.After you do each bounce the car a few times and see if it shuts it up and just keep going till you find the culprit. I would start with the lower ball joints thats the most common on the ford taurus anyway.
