What is the bigest motor for a t-max?

Biggest motor you can put into a geo storm?!?

  • i got a 1992 Geo Storm i want to keep the body crapy but put a new motor in it whats the bigest motor i can put into it with out cuttin or changing wiring harness?? if i have to change the harness tell me what car harness i would need... please it has a 1.6 in it i was hoping to get a 1.8 or 2.0.

    If I'm not mistaken, your Geo Storm was made in conjunction with the Isuzu Impulse and they share the same components. I would think that if you found a 1.8 or 2.0 size engine from either Isuzu or Lotus, that may solve your dilemma. Lotus used to do the suspension tuning for the Impulse and I imagine they may have something to do with the engine management system as well.

I don't see why you couldn't put a 2.0 I bet you could even get a small 6cylnder if you wanted to. you would be surprised how big an engine will go in there.(help put a v8 into a fiero)
