How do you paint blood and rust?

Looking for someone to paint my frame with anti rust paint?

I live in Fairfield County, CT and i am looking to get the frame on my 2003 Trailblazer painting with some anti-rust paint and/or Rhino Liner. I go offroading so i need something to keep me rust resistant. Does anyone here know of a place that does this/how much approx.? or is there someone here who does this that i could meet up with to do so. Thanks

I don't know any where that does it but I can say it's really really rrreeeeaaalllyy easy to do. I do all my families vehicles with 3M undercoating for about 20-40 dollars a car just for the under coating and only takes me about 2 hours to do it and is very easy to do. I have an 06' silverado and there isn't a spot of rust on it and I did the whole chassis by my self in the yard for about 35 dollars.
