How do I hook up a car EQ?

How can i hook my car up with its own GPS tracking?

• First off, i don't own an iPhone 4, and i'm not going to buy iPhone 4's for my cars. that's all i keep seeing on Google. I'm living overseas and moving back to the US soon. Honestly, life overseas is great for someone that enjoys his/her car. You could literally have an SUV on 28 inch wheels, left unlocked at the movie theater, and no one would steal it. If its hot out, and you want to run in the store, leave your windows down, and nothing happens. But in the US, I know its a different story. I'm interested in hooking my car up with some sort of GPS transmitter. I have an android phone (still, not buying a bunch of androids to hook up in my car) and when i park my car somewhere, i immediately search for myself on Google Latitude, find myself, and put a *star* on that spot. when i'm ready to leave, if i'm down the street a good distance, i can find back streets back to my car, or shorter routes. but i want a way to track my car, if its not with me. something i could learn how to do, and perfect while i'm here, so when i go back to the US, i could install with less of a problem. I just want to track the car, for now. i don't want to worry about getting diagnostics, disabling the battery or anything else that I "could" potentially accomplish. just tracking where it is. Using Google Latitude or a similar program is something i would be shooting for. I'm going to continue looking into it, but if you have any knowledge in the field, i would appreciate the help. **Note: if you have no knowledge in the matter, i don't care about your personal opinion. and the same goes for what you think is possible. if you haven't done it, its just not possible for you. **Note: i'm aware not everywhere in the US is bad for car theft, and i know there are places in the world where its worse. i'm merely stating that fact that it happens. i don't care to hear about your feelings on my opinions of the US. Go tell your wife/sister about it.
