Can I use a parking garage for speed bumps that damage my vehicle?!?
-
I been having to park at a park N ride garage and every morning I have to get to the 5th level (as all the lower ones completely full from early commuters) the problem is the speed bumps are obnoxiously high, I literally crawl over them but its still harsh on my car which isn't an SUV. Now a week later my car suddenly has a broken radiator or leaking causing my car to stop working. Funny co-incidence but I think its been the constant shock/drops of these SUV high speed bumps. WTF?!!

Answer:
i highly doubt it. To damage parts on a car like that you have to be going very fast, and you would know it. you would probably damage more than just the radiator too. In short: nice try trying the blame the speed bumps...but things break on cars...if radiators didn't then nobody would sell new ones. Just pony up the money for a good new one

If your radiator broke because you went over a speed bump the you were definately going to fast. Slow down or get there early enough to get a parking spot downstairs.

speed bumps work fine on non modified cars if you have a totally stock car with stock shocks and stock tires and can prove it with a mechanic who will back up your claims that the speed bumbs did the damage than all you have to do is pay an attorney 350 bucks an hour to start a law suit. After a few years and 10 or 20 grand you may get into court and get the judge interested in how this managed to happen. And if you win great maybe they fix the speed bumps. whatta you say.?
