What are good accesories for my engine to get more power?

I have a 2004 f-150 in very good shape only 60 thousand miles on it. I already have a superchip and a k&n cold air intake and a catback duel exhaust all put on the truck. I was curious to see what kind of turbo to get in order to get a bit more horsepower and torque. Or anything that I could do to the engine such as injectors or w/e. Please let me know on what i should look into that will get me what I want and wont cost me 5 thousand bucks. Thanks
