Would a performance chip do anything beneficial for my 2002 Cavalier?

  Those so called chips are junk. Save your money. All they do is send false signals to your cars computer. There is no way that little chip can make a 100 hp or any amount of hp. That chip can be bought at Radio Shack for less than a dollar.......Save your money for something else.............md
