Why won't my iPod Shuffle charge?

My ipod shuffle wont charge! lil help!?

okay.. this is what happened.. i was charging my on the computer.. and it was okay... then after a few hours.. my battery died... i first used the ipod portable charger.. i pluged it in the socket.. and nothing happened... i pluged it in to the computer.. nothing happened.. nothing is flashing.. nothing happens.... i can turn it on still and listen to music... for like a few seconds.. and then it turns off.. i tried plugging in my ipod onto another computer.. nothing happened.. what can i do to charge my ipod? i would try anything for my ipod to get working again.. i dont wanna buy a new one.. yet... =)
