Skipping Provisional License in CA?

I have my permit and am getting my license in December. My mom has M.S., so she needs frequent drives to the hospital, someone to help her with shopping, and just a way to get out of the house. I will also have to drive myself and my brother to school (my dad has to get to work at 5 AM and its just torture waiting outside of school for 3 hours.) Is there a way to skip my provisional license and go straight to the regular license, or is there a way that will let me just do those 2 things? Thanks!

Answer:
It's called a hardship license, and you can inquire with the DMV about getting one. But they are very difficult to get, and if your dad drives, it's not likely that you would qualify.

you can just get a note from your parents for each task you do but youd still have a provisional license. You can drive by yourself with a provisional license, so doing tasks for your mother is no problem.
