What to take for the CA DMV permit test?

Im ganna be taking the permit test in a few days..and i just wanted to make sure that i have everything that i need....i looked on the DMV website...but i couldnt a checklist of some sort for the test....this are the stuff that i know i need to take 1. Drivers ed certificate 2. behind the wheel training certificate 3. my birth certificate(do i have to have the original?) please let me know if you guyz think that i need anything else....thnx
